The Royal Improvisers Orchestra - Live at the Bimhuis (2011)

The Royal Improvisers Orchestra comprises musicians from all over the world who come from various musical backgrounds ranging from baroque to noise-rock. The orchestra works with a system of "conductions" wherein each piece is conducted by a member of the orchestra. Yedo Gibson, founder of the Royal Improvisers Orchestra, after his contact with the London Improvisers Orchestra, has developed a vast system of signals that allow the conductors to guide the musicians through their collective improvisations.
